Workshops, Courses and Speaking Engagements
Zsofia along with her colleagues Zsuzsa and Sonia are avid supporters of furthering the practice of mindfulness in the community. Through private practice and as board members of the Mindfulness Ottawa Professional Community, they provide opportunities to learn about the practice and benefits of mindfulness, self-care, increasing resilience and preventing burnout. Zsofia also has a passion for adolescence and actively guest lectures on supporting teens and parents to thrive through the adolescent life stage. B.Mindful is always open to community requests for presentations, workshops, and programs.
